Cedar is surveying infill and multifamily housing developers across the US to understand what it actually takes to build small and mid-scale urban housing today. Our goal is to shed light on the state of the market. What's moving and what's not. Which zoning, permitting, and financing constraints matter most on the ground.
The findings will be published as a national research report — shared with developers, designers, policymakers, and city leaders working to make infill housing faster and more predictable to deliver.
