An urban infill development in Bouldin, a mix of condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes over 20,000 sf of ground-floor commercial space. The project took shape in close partnership with the neighborhood group, working through heritage tree protections and a lengthy rezoning to bring new housing to one of Austin’s most loved close-in neighborhoods. Solar panels power the common areas, and rain gardens designed with the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center bring native landscape back to the street.
