Willa

A mixed-use project on busy South 1st Street, with 61 condominiums on three floors above 25,000 sf of ground-floor commercial space and three levels of parking below grade. The architecture is organized around how the building meets its edges. Large terraces step the massing down toward the smaller homes behind it, keeping the scale of the surrounding streets intact.
